Lisa previously owned and led John M Lewis & Co, where she oversaw significant growth and developed a sustainable, high-performing business.

She later served as Group Head of Regional Legal Services, gaining extensive experience in leadership, operational oversight, and performance management.

At Flint Bishop, Lisa brings her expertise in partnerships, operational efficiency, and team leadership to her role. She specialises in developing strong client relationships and supporting teams to deliver outstanding conveyancing services across multiple branches.
