Introducing Paul

Paul Tennant joined Flint Bishop as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in September 2024, and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s IT Infrastructure, digital strategy, and transformational changes.

With over 20 years of experience, he has led technology-driven transformations in private equity portfolio businesses. His previous roles include CIO and IT Director, seeing him build scalable technology platforms and winning multiple industry awards.

Paul’s expertise in restructuring IT departments and deploying advanced systems has consistently driven operational efficiency. His appointment was a perfect alignment with Flint Bishop’s strategy to enhance IT capabilities and drive innovation.
